Where The Days Go – Artwork

The following are alternative designs presented by Andersen M Studio for the Where The Days Go artwork. All shots, including the eventual final artwork, were taken during a night time photshoot by Martin Andersen at Beachy Head, West Sussex. This was a happy coincidence as the inspiration for the track Coastal Stations came following a visit to Beachy Head overlooking lighthouse in 1999.

The title for this album was inspired by the lyrics in the song East of Eden by Big Country:

“Some days will stay a thousand years
Some pass like the flash of spark
Who knows where all our days go?
Out here we lie together
Outside the thunder gathers
Why care about the weather
It always ends in dark”
